How far can the Bluetooth signal reach? Will it lag during use?

Can I print my own brand logo on the keyboards and packaging?

Fully supported. We offer custom logo printing on keyboard shells, leather covers and outer packaging. OEM & ODM cooperation is available for our partners.

Can I customize colors, layout or leather case design?

Multiple colors are ready for selection. We also accept custom color matching, layout adjustment and dual-purpose leather cover with device stand according to your demands.

Can I get product samples before placing bulk orders?

Sample orders are welcome for quality testing. You can purchase 1–5 units of any model to check typing feel, texture, functions and touchpad sensitivity. Sample cost can be partially deducted from your subsequent large order.

How to get the exact factory quotation?

Send us your target model number, order quantity, customization requirements (logo, package, backlight options) and destination port via email or WhatsApp. We will send a detailed price list within 24 working hours.

What's your warranty policy for bulk orders?

We provide 12-month factory warranty for all keyboard models. Any non-artificial functional damage within warranty period can get free replacement accessories or repair support.
